New Product Development

Step 1 – Initiation
You’ll send us with a brief about what you want to develop (we can provide you with a brief template). We’ll then have a chat to answer any questions you may have about the process, define the scope and timeline, before providing you with a quote.
Step 2 – Formulation Development
We’ll start sourcing ingredients and doing lab trials. In this stage, we’ll send you samples to test and review. When you are happy with the final sample, we will proceed to the next stage.
Step 3 – Formulation Testing
We’ll organise any tests you may want to conduct. Some tests are highly recommended. Tests that can be performed includes stability / compatibility, Preservative Efficacy Test (PET), skin analysis, dermatological test, clinical studies and consumer study tests.
Step 4 – Manufacturing
We can help with technical transfer of the formulation to your chosen manufacturer, helping with scale up pilot batches and full production assistance.
